Responsibilities:

– Prospecting for clients, identify needs, propose training solutions, follow-up, overcome any objections, close the sale.
– Promoting Training & Human Capital Development products to Private & Corporate Companies – Government.
– Carrying out sales activities and sales strategies to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved.
– Making calls, email marketing, and marketing activities using online platforms.
– Produce report and research on new strategies and ideas to boost the marketing.

Requirements:

– 1 year experience needed,and hardworking.
– Atleast Diploma with very good but willing to learn,
– Independent, self-motivated strong work attitude and willing to work long hours.
– Hungry for income and go-getter.
– Be able to work with minimum supervision, critical & analytical thinking, planning, and good people skills.
– Excellent customer service experience and presentation skills are added advantage
– Must be very good in English (Communication & Writing) and Bahasa.
– Have very clear objectives and goals in career and life – now and future.
– Good health condition.
– Malaysian Only ( Malay, Chinese, Indian, Others, Sabahans & Sarawakians).
