How do you develop your organization’s executives of the future? Research indicates that top performers can be as much as 1000% more productive than your average employee. Yet, it takes 10 years to develop even a top performing leader to be successful in an executive role. In order to retain high potential individuals, organizations must continue to invest in their training and development. The Emerging Leader program can help you do just that.
The program is designed for individuals who are ready or have been identified to be promoted or have recently transitioned into a new leadership role. Participants might be new managers who want to develop and further enhance their potential, and they might lead a small or large team within their organization.
- To teach managers to lead their teams through inspiration, collaboration, and empowerment, thus propelling teams to achieve results critical to the success of the organization.
- To develop managers who are able to coach with confidence, delegate, communicate and meet or exceed goal expectations
The seminar will combine presentations with interactive practical exercises, supported by action based real workplace simulations.
