Responsibilities:

Business & Development Executive To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, in accordance with agreed business plans. Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share.
  2. Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
  3. Responsible to prepare the training proposal and presentation to the customers.
  4. Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities through prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
  5. Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  6. Responsible to prepare report after the training program and submit the report to the customer for their reference.
  7. Promoting Training & Human Capital Development products to Private & Corporate Companies – Government Departments – GLC’s.
  8. Maintain relationship with existing clients.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year Sales & Marketing experience with proven track record of successful selling and marketing of Consulting Services.
  2. Experience in training industry or working with TRAINING INDUSTRY is preferred.
  3. Age between 25 to 35 years old • Good communication skills and strong negotiation skill s.
  4. Independent, self-motivated and pro-active working attitude.
  5. Hungry for income and go-getter. • Be able to work with minimum supervision.
  6. Excellent customer service experience and presentation skills are essential • Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office application.
  7. Possess own transport and willing to travel Salary : RM 1500- RM4000
