To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, in accordance with agreed business plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share
• Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement
• Responsible to prepare the training proposal and presentation to the customers.
• Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities through prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Responsible to prepare report after the training program and submit the report to the customer for their reference.
• Promoting Training & Human Capital Development products to Private & Corporate Companies – Government Departments – GLC’s.
• Maintain relationship with existing clients.
- Drive Strategic Development : provides the necessary skills and experience required to develop business in an increasingly diverse market place
• Manage Project Activities : must establish the scope and needs of a given business development project
- Marketing and Revenue Goals : to set revenue goals and enact marketing strategies that enhance product sales
• Leading and managing the team
Requirements :
• Minimum 5 year Sales & Marketing experience with proven track record of successful selling and marketing of Consulting Services.
• Experience in training industry or working with TRAINING INDUSTRY is preferred.
• Age between 28 to 40 years old
• Good communication skills and strong negotiation skill s.
• Independent, self-motivated and pro-active working attitude.
• Hungry for income and go-getter.
• Be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent customer service experience and presentation skills are essential
• Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office application
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
Salary : RM 4000- RM8000
